TERMS OF SERVICEPlease read my policies and terms of use below carefully. By ordering a job from me, you agree to my policy and ToS.By submitting an application, you agree to the following:🐹 You must be the copyright owner or have a proper license for the artwork or .PSD file provided by you or the original artist(s).
Rigging will involve editing, repainting, and layering the source artwork to meet rigging standards, which might cause slight visual differences from the original art due to technical requirements.🐹 You and the artist(s) agree to allow the modification of the source artwork (.PSD).
Please make sure the art file (.PSD) is finalized and all additions to the PSD file are made.🐹 I reserve the rights to use your commission for showcases, portfolios, etc.🐹 I reserve the rights to stream/record/share the process of working on your commission online unless an NDA is requested.You'll have to credit my work in a permanent spot on your related platforms for as long as you use my work publicly.You do not have to pay any extra fees if I decide to change my prices later on if we have already agreed on a set price for your commission.PAYMENTS
› I will start working after I receive the full cost or 50% of the initial cost.› I will not start working until the initial 50% has been paid.
If the client pays 50% of the agreed-upon cost, the client will be required to pay the remaining 50% after the rigging is completed and I notify of its completion (I will provide a confirming video upon request). I will deliver the final product only after receiving the full payment.› In some cases, I can ask for full payment upfront.› I accept payment via WISE (since it allow me to accept payments with low or zero fee).
Aside from WISE I also accept payment via PayPal.Together with payment for rigging all transaction fees must be paid by the customer.Depending on payment method the fee will be one of the following:» When transferring from Wise to Wise account transfer - Free
» When you do bank transfer to my wise account depending on your bank country transfer fee may wary from 1$ to 35$
» When the client do transfer via PayPal commission will be around ≈7$ for each transfer.If the client transfers 50%, the amount will be 50%+ ≈ $7, and the remaining 50%+ ≈$7 via PayPal.If during the transfer the fee was higher than you paid, then you must pay the difference with the second payment.PRODUCT DELIVERY
› The client will receive a digital product (the rigged model)
› The rigged model will be provided as a .moc3 file
› The rigged model will be set up and tested for use in VTube Studio; the client may need to adjust the settings based on their own preferences
› The original project files (.cmo3) will not be providedREVISIONS
› I will provide the client with progress updates in video or image format weekly or biweekly, or upon request.› The scope of this contract includes revisions for 7 days from the delivery date. I am willing to be flexible and help adjust the settings if the client finds it necessary.However, additions of art assets or features not originally agreed upon, excessive or unreasonable requests, and additional revisions beyond the scope will incur additional fees based on the specifics of the requests.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE› Commercial usage included in price.CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY
› If you change your mind, a full refund is available within 24 hours (minus transaction fees).› If it's been a few days up to 7 days, a partial refund is possible (minus the time spent on rigging and transaction fees).› No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.› If the commission is canceled due to a violation of the TOS or my policy, I will send you the rigged model in its current state, and the payment made will be retained.Please be tolerant and stay in touch so that I can provide you with the best quality service.

TIERS & PRICING

➡ Commercial usage included in price.
➡ Complicated models or problematic/unprepared PSDs will incur extra fees.
➡The cost of my commission can be changed depending on the complexity of the request.
I will inform you of the total cost before the process starts and this price will remain fixed.NOTE: Necessary toggles are free! Please inquire to see if you are eligible.
